Hot Mug Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp Hot Cocoa Mix
  • 4 Tbsp Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter

First, combine the flour and hot cocoa mix, then stir in the water, butter, and vanilla. Microwave for one to two minutes and you’ve got a delicious and warm treat for a cold day!

Sounds simple? It is, and you can jazz it up any way you like!

  • Add mini marshmallows or whipped cream
  • Top with ice cream and caramel sauce
  • Go healthy by adding sliced bananas, chopped nuts, hazelnut spread, or peanut butter
  • Make it fun for the whole family with sprinkles

Thanksgiving Dinner Personal Pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • ½ a cup of turkey
  • 1 cup pureed Cranberries (or Cranberry sauce)
  • ½ of a cup of leftover veggies
  • ½ of a cup of stuffing
  • Breadcrumbs or Cheese

Directions:

Spread mashed potatoes out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Mold in the shape of a pizza crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until stiff. Add pureed cranberries or cranberry sauce. Next, add turkey, veggies, and stuffing. Top it off with the breadcrumbs or cheese and bake at 325 degrees for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pieces of Wheat bread
  • 2 Slices (or scattered pieces) of Turkey
  • 1 tsp. Cranberry Sauce
  • ½ of a cup of stuffing

Directions:

Lay out the two slices of wheat bread on a napkin. Spread the tablespoon of Cranberry sauce on the two pieces of bread. Add turkey and stuffing. Enjoy cold or toasted!
